Ways to help us more Mature folks make money online

Recently I have been very blessed to find not only a wonderful, genuine Webmaster, who really knows what he is doing, but also some fantastic hosting places. These have always a real problem for me.

Not knowing who to trust, or who is just there to take my very few dollars, or even those just making a big hype out of everything.

Being a Pensioner for some years has shown me how little we get to exist on!
We work for years earning our living, then when we are due to retire we are supposedly given a "good" living amount by our government. Yeah right!

If you don't have Pension funds set aside, or haven't been a "skilled" worker, and have no savings set up, you are actually going to be on an "existence" income. Barely enough to make ends meet.
Even if you own your own home by now, you will probably find the Council Rates are creeping up all the time, till you wonder how you are going to manage to stay in your home should you live to a really good Old Age!

These things make it imperative for some of us more Mature folk to find extra ways and means of earning extra income if we actually have a computer or some other way to do it.

Having a computer does make it simpler in some ways, although I do admit, there is a learning curve even here, but most of us can handle these types of curves by now!

Maybe some of you will wonder what I am talking about, but others will realise immediately.

so, if you are interested keep watching my sites and maybe finding something there for you too to help earn those very necessary Dollars.

I am not retired yet, only 55 (only huh!), but I know that once I quit working (or lose my job yet again) that I have precious little money saved away, and it will be a struggle to survive on a pension alone.

I am not ready to be more of a pauper than I currently am, and I think that the only solutions for people like us are to (a) Win the lottery (I wish!) or (b) to try and earn money in other ways.

The problem is in making whatever we do profitable, but with our life experiences and stories, which always prove popular, there should be no shortage of topics to write about in theory. The difficulty lies in firstly generating traffic to our sites and blogs, and secondly turning those visits into earnings.

I look forward to seeing your sites take off and wish you success in 2010 with your ventures.

I know exactly that scary feeling "of what am I going to do, how will I make ends meet".

Not nice so I have been doing some research on the Internet, been at it for a number of years actually, but was silly and followed the wrong thing for a long time.

Then one day about 4 years ago, I came back across a site I had previously joined after reading Webmasters life Story.

Its one of those stories that Just had to read from start to finish as soon as I started reading! Nothing else was possible.
One of those true life stories that will make you laugh and make you cry, but also mostly help you realize, "Hey I can make a living online if Just follow the right people".

That really is true. I have come to know Darryl, (the book Author) really well over the intervening time and he is just as truthful today as he was then.

He has built a fantastic business for anyone to use which will not only help them build their own with all the necessary online tools, including the very much needed Auto-responder.
